Landlord Harassing Tenant for having an Emotional Support Animal
My landlord has trespassed onto my property, not updated code in over 3 years, lied about her landlord rights, ignored ohio revised code, and tried to force out my cat and dog even though he's an emotional support animal. She is trying to refuse allowing my dog to stay, even though he is legally accepted under federal and state law. I love this house, but don't appreciate being harassed by the owner for the past 2 months. My dog isn't just a cute animal, he is a joy that helps me to continue moving through life, especially with mental illness.
