I went to a dinner party at a friend's house on Sunday night. It was loads of fun. Afterward at around 10pm, I decided to stop by Kroger to pick up a few things on my way home. As I was leaning to load groceries into the back seat of my car, a man in an unfamiliar vehicle pulled up behind me and perpendicular to my car, blocking me in. He leaned out of the driver's seat window and asked, "Can I get your number?" I had never seen him before in my life and wondered how long he had been watching me. I made a confused face and said, "What?!" rather loudly. He looked uncomfortable and turned his head away from me, then the turned back again and said, "I said, can I get your number?" I said, "No, I don't know you." and got into my car. Thankfully, he just drove away.
